Veterinarian Opportunity – Join a Collaborative, AAHA-Accredited Practice in Lancaster, PA!

 

West Lancaster Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time veterinarian to join our team-oriented and well-established AAHA-accredited small animal practice in beautiful Lancaster, PA! Whether you’re a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced doctor looking to grow into a leadership role, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role:

  • Open to new graduates – we offer strong mentorship and a welcoming, team-first culture.
  • Ideal for an experienced veterinarian seeking a leadership path—grow into a Chief of Staff role in a supportive environment.
  • Interest in exotics is a plus, but not required.
  • Full-time or part-time options available.
